InvoBill is a 100% client-side application. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the personal or financial information you enter into the invoice generator. All data — including business details, client information, line items, and logos — remains in your browser and is only used to render the live preview and generate the downloadable PDF.
2. Local Storage & Cookies
We use your browser's local storage to save invoice drafts so you can pick up where you left off. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us. We may use essential cookies to remember preferences such as PDF orientation or currency. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that identify you personally.
3. Third-Party Services
InvoBill loads fonts from Google Fonts and may use icon libraries that are served via CDN. These third parties may collect basic, non-identifying request metadata (such as IP address and user-agent) per their own privacy policies. We display advertisements via Google AdSense or similar networks, which may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out via your browser or Google Ads Settings.
4. Children's Privacy
InvoBill is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under this age.
5. Your Rights
Because we don't store your data, there is nothing for us to delete or export on your behalf. To clear locally-saved drafts, simply use the "Reset" button in the generator or clear your browser storage.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of InvoBill after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
